1 General Terms & Conditions

PlayStar (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. This platform operates for users in Bangladesh. 2 Account Registration & Use

When registering with PlayStar, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false details is a clear violation of these terms and may result in account termination at any time.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Each individual may only register one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• You must operate your account in your own name and for your own use only; managing an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be your own.

2.2 KYC Verification

All users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before making a withdrawal. Required documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A selfie showing your face (if required).
• Proof of mobile banking account verification.

2.3 Account Security

• Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.

3 Betting Rules

There are important rules to follow when placing bets on PlayStar. These rules apply equally to all users and are designed to ensure fair play.

3.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match bets may be eligible for cancellation up until the event kicks off.
• PlayStar reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.

3.2 Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

• Minimum bet: ৳50 (fifty BDT).
• Maximum bet: varies depending on the event and odds.
• Higher betting limits apply for VIP members.
• PlayStar reserves the right to adjust betting limits for any user.

4 Financial Transactions & Payments

All financial transactions on PlayStar are processed securely and encrypted. All major mobile banking services in Bangladesh are supported.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000 (one lakh BDT).
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be processed through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary based on membership tier.
• PlayStar reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of any withdrawal.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

PlayStar complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. In cases of suspicious transactions, additional documentation may be requested and the transaction may be temporarily placed on hold.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

PlayStar's bonus offers are designed to provide extra value to users. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified time period after being credited will expire.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• A wagering requirement of 15–30x the bonus amount typically applies.
• Bets placed below the specified odds threshold will not count toward wagering requirements.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

PlayStar believes betting should be a source of enjoyment, not a problem. We are committed to helping users build healthy betting habits.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• You can use the self-exclusion option to suspend your account for a set period.
• Contact support to activate a cooling-off period.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

PlayStar reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Proven breach of terms or attempted fraud.
• Prevention of registration or KYC verification using false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or misuse.
• Directives from legal authorities or regulatory requirements.

Users may request account closure at any time. If there is an active balance, the account will be closed once the withdrawal process is complete.
